Privacy notice

Information under Art. 13 GDPR on how personal data is processed on makeitfair.work. This site sets no cookies and loads nothing from advertising networks. The German version is the binding one.

The site is delivered on the infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Technically necessary connection data is processed on each request (IP address, time, requested address, browser identifier). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the EU standard contractual clauses apply in addition. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in secure and fast operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If you use the contact form, we process name, company, email address and your message to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual steps). The message is delivered to us as an email through Resend (Resend, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA), certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We keep enquiries as long as needed to handle them and a possible collaboration, at most three years after the last contact.

The calculator runs entirely in your browser. Inputs are not transmitted to us.

5. Cookie-free usage measurement

We measure anonymously which parts of the site are used (page views, scroll depth, errors). No cookie is set and no IP address is stored. Unique visits are counted with a daily rotating, non-reversible hash. Evaluation runs on Cloudflare Analytics Engine. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

6. Fonts and external content

Fonts are served from our own server. No Google Fonts, maps or third-party videos are embedded. The booking link leads to hirn.consulting, where that site’s privacy notice applies.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Contact the address above. Complaints can be lodged with the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at.

8. No automated decision-making

There is no profiling and no automated decision-making.
